In 2024, the SCID Foundation was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to continue the vital work previously carried out by the SCID Angels for Life Foundation, which was dissolved that same year. Now in 2025, its first operational year, the SCID Foundation has stepped in to support families affected by Severe Combined Immune Deficiency (SCID).
The SCID Foundation will incorporate many impactful programs, such as raising awareness, providing education, and offering emotional and financial support for families. Their mission is to ensure families facing the challenges of SCID receive the assistance and guidance they need while continuing to build a strong community of support.
